Very nice economical car clean easy pick up easy drop off

Upon pick up, the car was not cleaned very well. There was coffee or some dark liquid that was clearly spilt down the driver’s window to the body of the car. I kept finding loose change spread out through the cubby holes. After being in the car for a chunk of time, I could clearly tell there was smokers inside as there was gray ash deep in the crevices, not to mention the smell. The driver’s side door is heavy it’s hard to open. You feel like you’re locked in unless you put your weight into opening it. Gas tank lever on the door would not pull out easily. I had to yank on it in order to open the gas tank to fill it up upon return. Honestly the only two things I enjoyed about this vehicle was the gas mileage

The car was turned in late. We only had 20 minutes to clean the car from the previous trip. We should have had Turo cancel your trip but we were sold out and we knew you needed the car. Lesson learned.
I had an excellent experience for rented thru Turo for the 1st time, and I appreciated the experience.

When we picked up the car smelled horrible. It smelled so bad our clothes would smell of the weed/smoke after getting out. We got air fresheners but didn’t help. The host was very nice and looked if we had a replacement but they didn’t. When putting gas in the car, something is messed up and kept stopping the gas, definitely seems like there’s some maintenance needed on the car.
