The car was horribly filthy! I got all my work clothes, dirty. The outside was completely covered in dirt, the inside was dirty, dusty dog hair everywhere smelled, mud and dirt all over the place, garbage down the sides of the seats, certainly not what I have ever expected from Turo. I had only a quarter a tank of gas and $40 in the cupholder to go and get my own gas. I was also told to go and get my own Snowbrush and I would be refunded. Very disappointing. I also had to pay for my own parking ticket to get out of the garage which normally is covered under Turo policies.

Jodi! I am sorry about the experience. I am not sure where the dog hair comes from but missing the trash in the seat gap and slightly muddy interior is on us. I will not describe the car as filthy. We have done a car wash within 24 hours prior to the trip, the weather has been rainy and suddenly snowy so I have tried my best to keep up with that! You left a comment that the driver seat door doesn’t close properly and I can’t find any wrong with that. Can you please clarify?

Thank you, Ella! Sorry about the windshield wiper, the blade will need a replacement and will be done tomorrow. The muddy exterior and car mat is lack of thoughtfulness on my side, as it has been raining for a whole week before your trip. I will pay more attention to that in the future and have offer you 5% discount for future trip booked with me!
