There was a small mechanical issue that happened during the immediate prior trip that I was unable to fix in time for the next trip. It has since been fixed.

Easy pick up and drop off! Car was clean and host was communicative.

Joe was communicative and gave good instructions! The ride got us to and from places and through the snow! It was a cold and very snowy mid April and so we appreciated the few accessories that were in th car: hand warmers, extension cord, snow brush, emergency blanket etc.
