Everything was perfect from the beginning. First time Turo user and because of Melanie, I will be using it again. Vehicle delivered as expected and the day went great. After. Couple of bad trips Melanie was truly a blessing. The car was super clean and drove so nice. Everything worked inside the vehicle unlike some I have been in. Melanie was super friendly and more helpful than any other Turo person we have dealt with. I would give her 10 stars If I could give one. She was the best!!!
No smoking allowed
