Communication not great. Awkward returning a car to a convenient store and people not knowing why I am here. No explanation about the dash cam that beeped at me constantly, telling me the sd card needs formatting. Expensive pick up from airport, could have taken an uber for less than half. Family had bags before I was even to the pick up place. They ended up taking the shuttle instead of waiting. Compared to other Turo hosts, was just odd how this was handled. Truck was decent, clean, drove well.

Great host! This Vehicle was perfect for our family in Fairbanks & the North Pole. Host was more than gracious and kind. Honestly the best host we’ve ever had while renting through Turo. I would definitely recommend him and this suburban.
