Owner was late to the start time of the trip and the vehicle had roaches. The tardiness was disappointing, the roaches were quite frankly, gross.
The vehicle was dropped off to the pick up location 25 minutes after the specified start time of rental.
I was also unable to leave any belongings in the vehicle as there was a significant roach issue and anything left inside was found to be covered in small roaches upon return. The owner stated they would treat the vehicle upon return. But upon reporting the issue, no acceptable of responsibility or apology or was offered. It felt as though my report of infestation was an inconvenience to the vehicle owner, when I thought they would appreciate the report so they can address the issue before future trips were affected and more renters complained.

Over all car was clean and ran well. Car seat covers would not stay on seat and kept slipping off. Floor mat used on driver side covered gas pedal so removed it. It was a hazzard when trying accelerate in traffic. Car might need new shocks.
