Great communication and clean comfortable car.

She gave me a dark gray car when she told me to look for a light gray car and she took pictures of where the car was supposed to be, which it wasn’t, and she gave a completely different license plate. I walked around short term parking for 45 minutes with my heavy bags looking for a light gray car with the completely different license plate. My mom is on hospice and was here for a very important meeting and only made the last 5 minutes. Very disappointed!
