The delivery was a little confusing at our hotel but owner was able to make up for it on the pick up when we finished early and he picked the vehicle up at the parking structure. Overall nice vehicle.

issue with chains and vehicle maintenance, host was helpful but added stress
Christopher either did not attempt to install chains at all, or tried to install them im the snow (always recommended to install them before they are required) he also did not use any of the available professional install services and chose to buy different chains. Every guest I have ever had - had no problem with the chains - truck went out next day and guests used chains no problem. Hosts beware-
