Overall everything was fine, there was just a snafu when trying to locate the vehicle in the parking garage. There wasn't a good picture that clearly identified its location and the description given didn't exist. I had to call the owner and he put me in touch with the one who parked it. In the end, it was not in the row given in the instructions, the license plate had been changed, so that didn't match and there was no lock box as described, the key was just sitting on the tire. We wasted about 30 minutes trying to locate it because he didn't remember exactly where he parked it either. After that, everything went smoothly, no other issues.
