We were not happy that we were not told ahead of time that the office will be closed on July 4 and that no one will bring the car to the Airport. They informed us a couple of days before pick up that we will have to go to a private parking lot outside the airport area and pick up the car. It was a hassle and waste of time. Once we got their the parking lot charged us parking fee because the Turo didn't pay the parking charges for the car they parked there. We were very unhappy about that. That fee should have been paid by the Turo operators who already have charge us more than $250 for two days

Car was awesome and very clean, pick up location, in time picking up and dropping off, the service was excellent. Will recommend!

The company rented me a car that had All type of body damage I felt like it was very easy for something to fall off or appear and then I take the blame for it., they also said the car was full it up and charge me extra when I return the car on full. You guys may have better luck if you find another car but this one is a no

Car was ok, but we rented this car because of the number of people we had and were unable to utilize the last row without an alarm going off.
