Host was 27 minutes late for drop off. We sent a message to see if we could coordinate an earlier drop off due to an early arrival into Newark Airport. They weren’t able to accommodate that which is totally fine. At that time, they confirmed the arrival time. I hadn’t heard anything at 15 minutes after the scheduled time so I messaged the host who then confirmed they were still 15 minutes away. They arrived just under Turo’s courtesy window. The back hatch had trouble staying fully open. The only other issue we had was the air conditioning completely crapped out on our drive back to the airport. It was unbearably hot in the car and totally unsafe traveling with a baby in that heat. Thought it got us from point A to point B, I would not rent through this host or this vehicle again.

We sincerely apologize that the A/C stopped working during your trip; the issue has since been resolved. We couldn't replicate the trunk issue and encourage guests to report any problems as soon as possible so we can assist during the trip.
