Car was very good and host was very good but the pickup location wasn’t ideal but it worked and host has little control on pickup location because of LAX rules.

This was my second time renting through Turo with Servan, Marvin, and their team, and once again they exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free.
They were incredibly helpful right away, even offering great hotel recommendations near the pickup location, which made planning my trip so much easier. The vehicle itself was clean, reliable, and ran perfectly with no issues at all. Pickup was simple and the location was easy to find.
I also accidentally left something in the vehicle, and their communication was quick and responsive—they made it easy to recover my item, which I truly appreciated.
I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you both for your excellent service!
