Excellent functional vehicle. No problems experienced whatsoever. Car was clean. Instructions were clear. If you want a no nonsense vehicle for long drives, this is a good choice.

The car was fantastic, but everything about the return was insanely stressful for me. Maybe I’m an idiot, I’m not sure. They send you a TON of messages, so it was quite literally impossible to find the code for the key box before my flight. The return has been the worst experience I’ve had. Ever. The car was amazing though.

After some slight confusion booking through Turo the rest of the Fri went great. Directions provided for pick up and drop off were well written and we had no problem. The Nissan Kicks is a great SUV. It looked brand new and we enjoyed our month using it. Long responded to every inquiry, even as us senior couple had a few of them!! Would rent from him again!
