The car was clean and in good working condition, and the pickup and drop-off locations were easily accessible. The host was approachable and easy to communicate with. A suitable vehicle for a 2017 Mercedes.

Arrived Dec 21 to LAX. Waited 50 mins for shuttle to LAX Budget parking. Never came. We took LAX shuttle to Uber pick up lot, then waited for an Uber to take us to the Budget lot to pick up the car. Found car pretty easily, but no one told us we had to pay $15 to get out of the lot. Car worked fine and in decent condition being an old Mercedes. Return was out of the way too. Missed the bus to airport. Saw it leave as we arrived. So had to pay for another Uber to the airport. Not sure if I will do this again. At least not at LAX.

Pick up location was easy to access . Only issue were missing perhaps stolen windshield wipers purchased. But host was kind and reimbursed the cost. Car drove great.
