Rafayel and his team were amazing. We always got responses right away. Giving 4 stars because the pick up location wasn’t the greatest. Also the Apple CarPlay on the vehicle would freeze most of the time and we kept having to plug in and out the charger. Pick up location at night is kind of sketchy and the fox people were not friendly at all. I know this isn’t in their control but maybe where the vehicle is parked can be controlled. Other than that is was a good vehicle.

Car smelled really bad of cigarettes and weed. It made my clothes stink. The shuttle was awful took 40 mins to pick up both ways. The car ran well but wouldn’t do it again.
