While the service by the renter was amazing and timely, the shuttle service was abysmal. After missing numerous shuttles, one finally stopped only to tell us they couldn’t take anyone else even though the shuttle wasn’t full. Until the renter changes parking lots, I would highly advise against this option or plan to Uber to the airport upon return.

The car was excellent, just as described. Upon arriving in to LAX, finding the pick up shuttle was a little difficult before messaging the host and then they sent pictures. The wait time for the shuttle was about 20 minutes. This wasn’t terrible but also not ideal.
It might have been easier at a smaller airport but I would definitely use Turo again for the price and quality of the vehicle.
