Car was in great shape. It had some cosmetic damage to the right passenger side upon pick up, but nothing major and was overall mechanically sound. Fit our family of 6 great. And the provided car seats were a huge plus! Would recommend this Host

Great rental experience from start to finish. The car was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and professional. The vehicle drove smoothly and was exactly what I needed for my trip. I'd definitely rent from them again and would recommend them to others.

The vehicle itself was clean, well maintained, and drove well throughout our trip. Overall, we had a good experience.
There were a couple of issues at the beginning of the trip. The child seat was not available at pickup and had to be delivered later, and the cooler that we paid for as an extra was missing. The host did bring the child seat after we contacted them, but it would have been better if everything had been ready at pickup.
Overall, a good rental experience, but there is some room for improvement.
