Everything was good except pickup is a little rough. Buses only come like every 30 minutes so it is a bit of a hassle. I wasn’t aware it would take so long to get from LAX to the Budget lot, so I had to pay $10 for parking for the additional time. It would have been a better experience if that was explained beforehand so that I could adjust the pickup time.
When I first got into the car, the light on dashboard for the key not being in the car kept illuminating although the key was in the car. Also, whenever I locked the car, it would make a loud alarming honking noise + then the trunk wouldn’t close all the way. However, all of these issues somehow resolved themselves after the first day. So I’m not sure what that was all about.
Everything else was good. I would rent the car again but not from this pickup location.

The car quality was ok. It had some minor issues. The tires slipped a lot and the indicator wasn't shutting off with the turn. Otherwise it was in good condition and very clean. The worst part was the pickup spot. We waited over an hour and a half for the budget parking bus to pick up from the airport. All the other shuttles came by numerous times. During the evening of pickup host response was slow, and throughout the trip I communicated with 3 different people. I'm not sure it's more convenient than regular car rental and was the same price, since I had to add on insurance. Be aware some insurance companies don't cover Turo rentals.
