Very helpful and very reliable and roomy my family really enjoyed the vehicle

The car itself was okay overall. We did experience an issue where the vehicle stalled briefly, which I reported right away. I received one call, but the message stated they had tried reaching me several times. I returned the call, but no one answered, so I left a voicemail.
Additionally, the car was making brake noises similar to the issue my personal vehicle is currently having, which was concerning since that’s the reason I was renting a vehicle. Communication could have been better, and the mechanical concerns made the experience a bit stressful.

Car sunroof doesn’t close , message host never received a reply, chair on driver side is broken, interior was dirty& when you brake car shakes
