great communication. instructions were clear. the car was convenient to get to from the airport. would book again when i’m in town.

The car reeked of weed when we picked it up. We messaged the host a couple hours after we picked it up (we had 3 small kids and were trying to get out of the airport area before dealing with it) and the host said there was nothing he could do about it. We had the car for 5 days and spent the first 3 trying to get it aired out.
Also he doesn’t have the commercial tire tag in the car so dropping it off in the exact spot he wanted was confusing and took about 10 minutes of conversing with the airport operator. Not a smooth experience at all.

Before the trip began, the guest's profile photo did not match the driver's license presented at check-in. As hosts, we are required to verify every guest's driver's license before releasing a vehicle, so we completed that verification before the trip started. At the time of check-in, I personally inspected the vehicle. It did not smell of marijuana, cigarettes, or any other smoke-related odor. I take the condition and clean. guest complained about it 5 hours after the trip started..
