This was a last-minute booking, and the reservation was canceled shortly before the trip began after a review of the guest's prior rental history. Previous rentals involved vehicles being returned excessively dirty beyond normal use, late returns, and issues involving missing items. Based on these concerns, we made the decision not to proceed with the trip.
