Very disappointing experience. The car had a strong smoke odor that seemed to be masked with heavy air freshener and the AC on full blast when I turned the car on. The vehicle had strands of hair on the seats, crumbs in the cup holder, pollen on the dashboard, dust on the door frames and screen, and white stains on both front seats that were not disclosed beforehand.
When I raised these concerns, the host dismissed them and argued instead of taking accountability. To make matters worse, the gas gauge did not appear to work properly when refueling, not knowing when the tank was full.
However, the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and accountability makes this an experience I would not recommend.
