I ran into a few hiccups; however, I spoke with John, and we came to a resolution. The communication was clear, and we moved forward with a favorable solution. I would do business with him again.

Trash - do not rent until this host can get some sense. Car was dirty, 4ft crack in the wind screen without previous notification from the host. Had to call Turo support to change the trip HUGE inconvenience. Found out additionally car was illegally parked at a business according to the business representative who initially came out to confront me about the vehicle being there. I love Turo, this is a host that should be banned from the platform - they clearly have little regard for the experience of the customer to ensure a clean safe rental. I can honestly say this is the first 1 star review on any platform I have even left. Turo support rep was kind and tried to be helpful, but there are still clear opportunities when something this terrible happens to a customer.

The car was near midway, the windshield is cracked and the gas tank was empty. Not what I was expecting with a car like this… communication super average.
The guest initially requested to pick up the car but later demanded delivery. When I declined, he attempted to offer a bribe for special accommodation. Afterward, he became difficult and complained about multiple things simply because his requests were not granted.
No smoking allowed
