I’m between one or two stars for this trip experience. At the beginning I was put in an uncomfortable situation after presenting the parking ticket to the attendant because she stated I owed $104. After contacting the owner (Juan) he quickly reached out to help resolve the matter. After the correction was made, I owed $20 for the car being parked at the garage 3hrs before my trip. Started. I’m not a fan of that. After picking up the car I did notice that every seat has stains. Cleanliness of the windows and interior was sloppy. I found a few dry towels in the passenger seat. Attention to detail can definitely improve with cleanliness of the car. The vehicle overall drove smooth and perform well in rainy conditions, and was good on MPG.
