Instructions for the fuel door were not clear in original message. Car’s safety features require the keys to be removed from the vehicle
This is the statement that all guests get after license confirmation.
"The rear hatch door is opened by pushing the button located in the middle of the door above the license plate or on the dashboard for the Santa Fe."
The gas cap door is opened by pressing on it and it's located on the driver's side."
Also you can't lock the key in the car, you do not have to remove the key from the car.

This rental was simply amazing. Great for my family of five and luggage space in the back. It is great on gas as well. The car was so clean and ready to go for us. Great communication! When I come back to Destin, I will definitely rent this again from them.
