Car was great for our 1st EV, it met our needs very well. Easy to recharge and adapter available, as well as home charger. Car was clean and well kept. Only reason for 4 star was pick up location was vague. Instructed car was in lot B, which also included about 450 other cars. So after about 40 minutes and several messages to owner finally found the car. Then upon exiting lot and paying fee found out car had been in airport lot for 2+ days. Although the $25 for parking was not outrageous it was unexpected. Apparently it's common practice that the attendant said happens quite often with turo rentals and has seen them in excess of $100. Just a PSA for others.

The car was super clean when I picked it up, Riley was so communicative and helpful, they’re amazing!! I will definitely be renting from them again and i think everyone should too!!
