Tire trim came off completely! Could not get in contact of host for over 4 hours by call. Can prove the tire defect was not at fault by me. Host has no care for me as a customer said it was a damaged i caused and car was in “great shape when dropped off” so basically SOS. With no contact for approval i was not able to tow waited on the side of the road for hours to get approval from host so turbo can proceed. Had to pay for tire out of pocket and towing even thought I was not at fault nor nothing i did wrong. I would not recommend the vehicle or host. When it’s important they are unreachable directly!! Can’t even leave a voicemail. Still have YET to receive a call asking what happened, are we okay, or how is the vehicle. After i asked to please call me back after i have called her 5 time. Mind you i have already dropped the car off. No care for customer… if i could i would leave 0 stars

The host was very kind and accommodating and always quick to respond. Her car was immaculate and really makes me wanna buy a Tesla now, I got a lot of compliments when driving it.
