Our entire experience was phenomenal. Our host was very accommodating and informative. We had some unexpected flight issues and he helped us out by moving the vehicle closer to our new terminal. The vehicle was spotless and drove like a dream. He was very responsive when we had questions. If we are ever back in the Chicago area we will definitely use him again. Would highly recommend!

Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Yaroslav was helpful through the process being that this was my first time using turo. Will rent from yaroslav again. If you’re in Chicago hit up Yaroslav for a rental.
