Racquel was super flexible and informative about pickup and dropoff. She even accommodated our 1am delayed flight. The car is super nice, and pretty affordable for the quality. One thing is if the car is left in the airport garage, she doesn't leave enough money to fully pay for the garage ticket. But I still think it's worth it for the convenience of pickup.
