Host was polite and responsive, but the vehicle arrived with cleanliness issues, leftover personal items/food in the trunk, visible interior wear/damage, and missing exterior trim pieces. Not shown in the listing. Overall the experience was below expectations for the price point. However, the falcon wing doors saved the day. They are so fun. I’d rent from Arthur again.
