When our reservation with Masi was canceled only three hours before pickup with no explanation or apology, I was in need of a good rental in a short time. I rebooked through Turo with Arex LLC. They had the car ready for pickup in less than one hour and communicated very well throughout the process. The car was exactly what we needed and worked very well. There were no obvious mechanical problems with the car, and it was clean. We received clear instructions for both pickup and return, resulting in a smooth, pain-free process. If you are in need of a good car at a good price in Denver, my experience says that Arex LLC is a very good choice.

Car ran well and we had no issues. Was disappointed to see there was no sunroof even though the Turo listing said there was. The interior and booster seats were also stained and could use a good cleaning. I used Lysol wipes on the booster seats and got a few stains and dried food off.
Otherwise, communication was great and the booster seats were as requested.
