The host was very nice and communicated well! Very easy pick up and drop off. The car was mostly clean (the trunk was dirty), but i didnt use it, so no big deal to me. You also cant access navigation unless you are the owner of the car, so i did have to use my phone while driving.

Shannon is courteous, responsive and very nice. The interior is clean but there is a bad smell emanating from the vents when you start it. The smell eases after a few minutes. It wasn’t a bad experience and overall the car is in good working condition.
