Had a great experience renting a car from Sayed. Communication was consistent, we had a hiccup with his car and he worked with us to correct it in an understanding way.
His car was comfortable and well kept and perfect for our family trip.

The car is in decent condition considering that it’s 11 years old. Clean. Drives well. Host is very helpful, made pick up and return easy. I would rent this vehicle again.

Oil change alert is automatically show up after 3000 miles but thats for letting me know.
It was not easy finding the car , the battery to the key was dying. The car was bumpy. Other then that good communication

My other Guests reported easiest hand off and car location but I am sorry to hear that you had hard times finding the car.
the key fob battery low alert is normal I will change it no worries and this alert came while you had the car.
car is 2015 and have good space for families more 6 people and Yes it is not as new as 2026. I request next time pick one of the newest model of our fleet to feel more comfortable.
