Vehicle was as expected. Return parking at the particular required lot turned out to be difficult/busy whenever we flew out. Filled up with premium gas at the cell phone lot and then spent 30 minutes looking for a parking spot. I was charged for that minimal difference in gas, plus a fee. Seems petty. Otherwise the experience was fine.
Thank you for your feedback. The fuel reimbursement was requested because the vehicle was not returned at the same fuel level as it was provided, in accordance with Turo’s policies. The convenience fee referenced is charged by Turo, not by hosts. While I understand the return lot was busy, the return location and instructions were provided in advance. Additionally, I was unable to verify the reported headlight issue after the trip. I appreciate your business and wish you the best.

I was surprised by the comment regarding the vehicle’s condition, as the Atlas had recently passed inspection and all major systems were functioning properly during your trip. While it is an older vehicle and may have some minor cosmetic wear consistent with its age, it remains safe, reliable, and well-maintained. I appreciate your business and wish you safe travels.
