Stephen was super communicative, the car was in excellent condition! Only hassle was the airport, but that's not the car or owners fault. Perfect car for a long weekend home to fit luggage and a golf bag!

Vehicle was as expected. Return parking at the particular required lot turned out to be difficult/busy whenever we flew out. Filled up with premium gas at the cell phone lot and then spent 30 minutes looking for a parking spot. I was charged for that minimal difference in gas, plus a fee. Seems petty. Otherwise the experience was fine.

Thank you for your feedback. The fuel reimbursement was requested because the vehicle was not returned at the same fuel level as it was provided, in accordance with Turo’s policies. The convenience fee referenced is charged by Turo, not by hosts. While I understand the return lot was busy, the return location and instructions were provided in advance. Additionally, I was unable to verify the reported headlight issue after the trip. I appreciate your business and wish you the best.
