Pickup was great and car worked great! It was in good condition as well.

The car was new and clean but the pick up experience was pretty bad this time. It was a stressful 40 mins to find the car bc my friend and my phone both had bad reception around the parking lot and the co-owner didn’t give a clear instruction on how to get to the parking and the exact location of the car. We had to ask people and walk through rows to rows to find the car.
