The car was exactly as expected and the communication was very responsive. Our only complaint is that it’s a bit awkward to get to the pick up/drop off location. It’s too far to walk but then feels too close to Uber! Would definitely rent from here again

Mikhail created a super smooth and seamless experience. The car was impeccable and he provided easy to understand directions and information for every step of the process. I unfortunately had to end my trip earlier than planned to get home to a sick kid, and I wasn’t able to complete the proper check out procedure because I was in such a rush. Mikhail was understanding and although he couldn’t refund me for the one less day of my reservation (totally understandable!!) he had provided such detailed information ahead of time, I was able to get the car back where it needed to be. He was responsive and reachable from the initial booking of the reservation all the way though my unexpected early return of the car, and after!
