Pickup and drop off were easy and staff were nice. The car was in fine mechanical condition but the body was covered in flaws, including a large dent in the lift gate, several scratches, and small dents. The windshield had multiple chips and cracks but none were in the driver's direct field of vision. As is typical with this type of BMW, the interior door armrests are disintegrating and need to be replaced. This is my eighth time renting on Turo and the amount of automated messages before and after the trip is a bit overwhelming. Additionally, they decided to open a claim over a door ding which is what led to this honest review. Based on initial customer service, 5 stars. Based on car, 3 stars, Based on taking advance of renters for having a car with a fair exterior, 1 star.
