The car was immaculate and drove beautifully, the service was prompt and very accommodating, and the overall experience was very enjoyable.

Car was fine. Leasing company/management of vehicle was dishonest and attempted to add charges after the trip. Representative was advised at pickup that the vehicle needed to be used on toll roads for work commuting. Representative advised that a temporary coverage could be purchased for the vehicle by the renter on the renters account to avoid issues or surprises with the bill at the time of return. This coverage was purchased and after vehicle was returned, a message was sent through the Turo app demanding additional funds. Documentation was sent that the vehicle was covered and the tolls were paid through my account. I was then told that’s not how things are done on Turo and to contact customer support, and that the balance, which was paid for and already covered by me and my toll account was still due. Do not do business with these shady people. Rent a different vehicle and stay away from Everflux Motors.

I had the BMW X1 for three days and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, smooth, and drove perfectly. It’s such a comfortable and stylish SUV, and I truly enjoyed every minute of driving it.

I also want to give a special thank you to David. Every time I come in to rent, he is always professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He makes the whole process quick and easy, and his customer service is honestly top-tier. People like David are the reason I keep coming back.
