The car does have some exterior damage which is kinda hard to see in the pictures but the host let me know and confirmed I was okay and even gave me the option to cancel if I wanted. The only issue was at the end when trying to put the key back in the lock box there were no instructions on how to open it. I sent a message to the host but he was unresponsive. We were finally able to get it open but it was definitely not as simple as it should have been. The car was pretty clean and drove great so overall it was a good experience. Would recommend to those looking to rent.

Host was prompt with communication, very kind, and really helpful. This was my first time renting and he set the bar high for future hosts that I will encounter. He was honest about previous damage to vehicle and gave me the option to cancel even though the reservation said that I couldn’t because I booked last minute. The car was clean, smelled good and was perfect for me and my grandbaby’s day trip for his 4th bday. Would 10/10 recommend!
