Car sounds like catalytic converter is missing , shakes when brakes are pressed, check engine light was on and off, back up camera feature did not work

The guest went past the 2hr grace(cause for cancellation) to pick up the car then tried to get me to violate TOS. I was upfront about the car at the start of the trip and said it recently passed its inspection when she first reached out about some concerns. The car came back with a dirty, smoked in interior.
The trip was originally for a few days but was extended daily. This review seems WEIRD because she kept PAYING for a car DAILY she was that dissatisfied with.
