Everything was fine and the host gave all suport needed.
Just an observation, the front left speaker is with a little noise which harms a little bit the experience of listening to music in the car.

The host provided great customer service and was very friendly. However, the vehicle needed an oil change and new brakes, and it was provided with no gas in the tank. The host did kindly inform me about the oil change and brakes at the time of pickup, which I appreciated, but these maintenance items would ideally be addressed before the vehicle is rented out. The notifications appearing on the screen while driving did cause a bit of discomfort.
It would also be helpful if the car came with some gas, as having to stop to refuel was a bit inconvenient since we were already running late to our event.
Overall, I did not experience any major issues while using the car. I had an enjoyable experience and would be happy to rent the vehicle again in the future under better circumstances.
Thank you for your feedback. You are right about the maintenance timing. The vehicle had reached its service interval and an appointment was scheduled, but the earliest availability was after your trip. There was no safety issue; the brake system was fully functional and only indicated that the brake pads were nearing replacement. After your rental, all required maintenance has been completed and the vehicle is fully up to date.
