The car was good. But dealing with this app is terrible. After I sent 10 pictures including the location, I then called the phone number informing Turo car owner to lock the car, which they did within 2 minutes. 2 hours later I receive a notice saying I’m late returning the car.
Suffice to say I won’t be using this group again.

We had an issue with the car right when we got it The host told us it will take a few days to repair it or we could contact customer service to switch a car.
After returning the car the host lied to customer service that the car is fine and there is no issue. It was really frustrating experience.
