Best experience ever in rental car industry!!!!!

The car itself was clean, well detailed, and drove smoothly. We only used it for short trips while visiting family and had no mechanical issues.
My main disappointment was with the delivery arrangement. I had requested to have the vehicle delivered, but after I let the host know our arrival was delayed, I was told we would need to pick it up instead. This resulted in an additional $37 transportation expense that I was not expecting.
On the day of return, I also noticed a small chip in the windshield that I had not noticed earlier in the trip. I brought it to the host’s attention immediately. The host referenced the original pickup photos showing the windshield beforehand, so at this point I’m waiting to see how that situation is handled.
Overall, the vehicle itself was clean and drove well, but the last-minute change in the delivery arrangement disappointed my overall experience.
