Nissan Pathfinder

I needed a vehicle for a few days. Without full disclosure, the images the host provided were only of the inside of the car. When I picked up the vehicle in the late evening from the airport, the garages are not well lit, so I didn’t see all the dings and scratches on the car. The next morning, I noticed that duct tape was holding the front bumper up. There were so many scratches and scrapes that were painted over. I wear glasses and I a lot of night driving only to realize, the gear shaft lights don’t work—which is DANGEROUS. There were so many instances where I was in reverse and not drive, this might explain the dents on the rear door? The unlock button on the key fob was stuck, I had to literally drive my thumb in the button to unlock it. This might be where the tracker is stored? Either way, it needs to be reassembled . The condition, experience, and cost of this rental did not align. I returned it a day sooner because I couldn’t believe that someone who has made Turo a business would put such a crappy car up for rental. I hope all things considered it will be a better option for the next person.

I was excited to book this car it had a great price. When I got to the pick up location, the car was so clean and smelled wonderful. Their were issues I had with the car that showed its age though later in my rental. The Car wouldn’t turn on for me twice , I got stuck in an unfamiliar area and had to pay for road side assistance. The host was responsive and genuinely wanted to help me and make sure I got it up and running . When it did not turn on the second time the host came and brought me a replacement within an hour . I got to meet him and he was a super nice guy. My overall experience went well though I really appreciated the host .

Good trip car rides a bit rough and had to replace the battery host paid for battery I picked up and replaced
