I had originally booked a 2025 CRV through ABC, but there was an issue with the car about a month before my trip. ABC was able to get me into a newer 2026 CRV seamlessly, with no other changes to my booking. The car was delivered to the house I was staying at, and it arrived at the exact minute my trip began. The car was immaculate. I own the same type of car at home, so the usability was effortless. My trip got extended another day, and ABC was able to extend my booking with no issues. Overall, I had a great experience.

Everything about this Turo experience was great. Picking it up from John Wayne airport was simple. Communication is pretty darn good, car was brand new so that was pretty cool. Great gas mileage as well.
