Great car for a long weekend. Good fit for our family of three. The ski rack was very helpful and in case you’re wondering….it locks

Pickup was as described. Car quality was unfortunately an issue with this trip -- the car ended up having a mechanical issue that made it undriveable. I think this was just bad luck -- the car was otherwise nice and seemed to be well maintained. The host dealt with the situation extremely well -- they were very responsive and communicative, helped me navigate the Turo process for getting the car recovered and arranging an alternative, and gave us assurances that they would take care of us if the Turo process was unable to produce a reasonable alternative. (Fortunately everything turned out well!)
Hi, I am really sorry for my car. Looks like a plastic piece off the cooling system thermostat housing decided to crack without warning. Which is why we lost alot of coolant out of no where. I appreciate you being such a good guest and would recommend you to any host!

Trip was awesome. Car was great, had the snow tires with good tread that I was looking for when I planned this trip. Handled mountain roads well, and was extremely clean and well-kept. Trieu (host) was great, had to change my start and end time for my rental period and he rolled with it. Couldn’t recommend him enough as a host.

Trieu's Aidi Q5 was great! It was very reliable and Trieu's communication was above and beyond. I will definitely try and use one of his vehicles again.

Car was clean, worked well, and was a pleasure to drive. Host provided excellent communications, and offered helpful and economical options (we rented a cooler which came in very handy). All in all a great experience!!
