Hi, to anyone reading this. Please note we do not cancel trips, recent changes on turo allow us to offer alternative vehicles in cases where a vehicle maybe was returned late or a last second trip is booked, we aren't at the lot, so we offer an alternative. If the guest declines that swap, it just cancels the trip.
Please see our other 5000 trips, we have an extremely good record with our guests as the top host in Colorado we pride in our work.
