Pick up location and host was very nice, but upon pickup the brakes were grinding and needed maintenance, after driving 100 miles the oil change light came on, the key battery was low, and the windshield had a nick in it that ended up turning into a crack.

Thank you for your feedback. I respectfully disagree with several points. The windshield was not cracked when the trip started; it was returned with a crack on the driver's side. The brakes and tires were recently replaced and are in excellent condition. As for the oil change light, reminder lights can come on based on mileage and do not indicate a mechanical problem or that the vehicle is unsafe to drive. We work hard to keep our vehicles well maintained and appreciate honest feedback.

Pick up location and instructions were super easy.
I was disappointed when I showed up and the interior of the car was dirty. The windshield wipers definitely needed replaced - they were streaky and it was just in my line of vision. The key fob had a low battery light on. I specifically searched for a car that had Apple Car play, mostly for GPS purposes - while the car did have Apple car play, it did not have gps. That should have been stated in the description.
The car drove fine.

All noted. Apple car-play means you have navigation from your phone, such google maps, waze, apple maps all connects from your phone automatically. Car doesn’t have gps built-in. The car has free car wash pass any Tommy’s Express location. I will replace the windshield and key battery. Thanks for your business with us.
