Car was clean. Had no issues driving the car. There is a dash cam inside.
Typically when I use Turo , the gas is on full. But it wasn’t. Communication was slightly delayed when picking the car up. Other than that the experience renting from Marcus was good.

In the past, some guests didn’t return the vehicle with the same fuel level, so I made the decision not to provide a full tank to help avoid those issues. I want to clarify the situation. You did not provide your driver’s license before pickup, so I could not release the vehicle as required by policy. I even gave you about 30 minutes to go home and bringit
I feel disappointed because I tried to handle the situation fairly, and it does not feel right to be misrepresented. I kindly ask that this be taken into consideration and that the situation be reported honestly.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
