Let me say this, if I could rate Turo's customer service and resolution I would give them 2 stars, and they would get that just for their affordable pricing and no hassle renting. Now that's out the way, the host is one of the greatest around. Cold weather caused the vehicle to not start, the host came out exchanged the battery and got the vehicle running but my time to end the trip was near. He did try to extend my trip for the inconvenience, but Turo wouldn't allow the host to absorb the extension fee or comp me, Turo wanted me to extend on my side and later on be reimbursed, and I couldn't swap vehicles either. The host was prompt on helping me through this process with Turo. Book with them, they're great people, very responsive, they're reasonably priced and vehicles ride great.
